Both leading independent proxy advisory firms — Institutional Shareholder Services ("ISS") and Glass, Lewis & Co. ("Glass Lewis") — have recommended that Medallion Financial stockholders vote the BLUE universal proxy card FOR the election of two BIMIZCI independent nominees to the Medallion Financial Corp.
