The written record disproved Medallion Financial before, and BIMIZCI’s May 28, 2026 release says it does so again. In May 2024, Medallion Financial Corp. claimed ZimCal had demanded a payoff; the emails ZimCal published showed Medallion had asked for the “monetization.” In May 2026, Medallion’s investor presentation claimed record earnings, historic value creation and a “miniscule” stake held by its critic. The release announces BIMIZCI’s point-by-point rebuttal, sets each of Medallion’s claims against the public filings, and urges stockholders to read both documents and vote for change at the June 9, 2026 Annual Meeting.
